Medically Guided GLP-1
Weight Management in Glens Falls, NY
Personalized medical guidance, responsible prescribing, objective progress tracking, and ongoing local support.
More Than a Prescription
GLP-1 medications can be valuable tools for weight management, but medication alone is not a complete program. At Get Tox’d, treatment begins with an appropriate medical evaluation and continues with individualized dosing, lab review when indicated, side-effect management, progress monitoring, and ongoing clinical guidance. Our goal is not simply to help you lose weight—it is to help you understand your treatment, protect your health, and work toward sustainable long-term success.
Experienced GLP-1 Care
Leah is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has prescribed GLP-1 medications since 2019—before these treatments became widely marketed for weight loss. Her experience began while treating patients with diabetes, giving her an established understanding of how these medications affect blood sugar, appetite, digestion, metabolic health, dosing, and medication tolerance.
At Get Tox’d, Leah does more than authorize a prescription. She evaluates each patient individually, reviews health history and relevant laboratory findings, determines whether treatment is appropriate, manages side effects, adjusts dosing when necessary, and helps patients make informed decisions throughout their program. This is medical care—not simply access to medication.

GLP-1 Medications Should be Prescribed- Not Sold
GLP-1 medications are prescription therapies, not ordinary retail products. We do not believe the process should begin with selecting a vial, choosing the least expensive package, or purchasing medication from someone whose primary role is to promote it. It should begin with a qualified medical provider determining whether treatment is appropriate for you.
Proper care includes reviewing your medical history, current medications, risk factors, treatment goals, previous response to weight-management efforts, and relevant laboratory information. It also requires continued oversight after treatment begins. A low advertised price does not tell you who is evaluating the patient, where the medication originated, how it was prepared, whether the dose is appropriate, or what support will be available if a problem develops.

What Is Included in Your Get Tox’d GLP-1 Program
Your program includes a comprehensive medical consultation, management of your prescription, individualized dosing guidance, medication education, ongoing clinical support, side-effect management, and use of our Transformation Tracker. Leah may also order and interpret appropriate laboratory testing when clinically indicated. Laboratory fees are not included in the program price (labs could be covered by your health insurance).
Several medication, dosage, and program-length options may be available. Recommendations are based on the individual—not on a one-size-fits-all package or a predetermined dose escalation schedule.
Begin With a Medical Consultation
GLP-1 treatment should begin with questions, evaluation, and an individualized plan—not a checkout screen. Schedule a consultation with Leah to discuss your health history, goals, available options, expected costs, and whether medically guided GLP-1 treatment is appropriate for you.
